Information the program collects
The site collects only what you type into the application or request-information forms: your name, email, phone number if you give one, and your message.
The site uses no trackers or cookies and builds no browsing profiles. You decide what the program receives.
What admissions does with a submission
Submissions go to the admissions office to answer your inquiry or process your application. They are not sold, shared with outside marketers, or used for any other purpose.
Storage and retention
Entries are kept in a plain-text record on the program's server that only admissions staff can view. Old entries are deleted on a review schedule and kept no longer than the admissions process requires.
The legal frame
The program handles personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Getting your details corrected
If you submitted a form, contact the admissions office to view, correct or delete your information. Because no browsing history is kept, there is nothing else to request.
If this changes
This page will be revised before any change to the forms or storage takes effect, and the revision date will be updated.
